የዊኒፔግ ደብረ ገነት ቅድስት ማርያም የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ ቤተ ክርስቲያን በካናዳ ማኒቶባ ግዛት ለሚኖሩ ምእመናን መንፈሳዊ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት የተመሰረተች የተቀደሰች ማህበረሰብ ናት። ቤተ ክርስቲያናችን ጥንታዊቷንና ሐዋርያዊቷን የኢትዮጵያ ኦርቶዶክስ ተዋሕዶ እምነትን፣ ሥርዓትንና ባህልን ጠብቃ ለትውልድ ታስተላልፋለች።

Debre Genet Holy Mary Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church in Winnipeg is a sacred community dedicated to serving the spiritual needs of the faithful in Manitoba. We uphold the ancient, apostolic faith, traditions, and liturgical practices of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, preserving them for future generations.

ቤተ ክርስቲያናችን ከመንፈሳዊ አገልግሎት በተጨማሪ ለወጣቶች የሰንበት ትምህርት ቤት፣ የቋንቋ ትምህርት (አማርኛና ግዕዝ)፣ እንዲሁም አዲስ ለሚመጡ ወገኖች ማህበራዊ ድጋፍ በመስጠት ላይ ትገኛለች። በዊኒፔግ የሚገኘውን አዲሱን የቤተ ክርስቲያን ሕንፃ ለመገንባት በምናደርገው ጥረት ላይ ሁሉም እንዲሳተፍ ጥሪያችንን እናቀርባለን።

Beyond liturgical services, our parish provides Sunday School for youth, language classes (Amharic and Ge'ez), and social support for newcomers. We invite all to participate in our historic journey as we work toward building our permanent sanctuary in the heart of Winnipeg.
